Sara Venkatasubramanian, MD

Dr. Sara Venkatasubramanian is a board-certified physician who has been with Accent Urgent Care since 2009, where she provides urgent care needs of patients of all ages. She is responsible for x-ray interpretation and is experienced in many outpatient procedures, including suturing, incision and drainage, joint injections and acute MSK injury/fracture management. She previously was a family medicine resident with the Austin Medical Education Program in the Blackstock Family Health Center.

She received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in psychology from Duke University. She also is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support.
